RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

       

Return and Refund Process:

Step One: Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact the customer service within 30 days to request a return.

Step Two: To be eligible for a return, we will first evaluate the type of item that your are returning to us and will also require a proof of purchase.

 

​Step Three: Once we accept this request, we will send you a return shipping label with the information on how and where to send the package. The seal of the product must remain intact, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Step Four: Once we receive your package and our requirements for return are fulfilled, we will automatically issue your money back to your original payment method. You will be refunded the cost of the product excluding the shipping fee.
